Just thought I would share this picture. This is the bottom of the fuel supply hose that goes to the fuel rail.
Even with all the time I spend under the hood since I've owned the car, working and detailing, I never noticed this until I decided to replace my injectors.
This line runs near the battery tray, so I'm figuring it's from battery acid in the cars history.
I'm amazed it was still holding fuel and all the more reason to replace our fuel lines as cheap insurance!!
Mine have usually begun weeping and smelling of raw gas long before they get to this point! In fact, sometimes I could only tell it was a particular hose length when under pressure.
