Default Cooling issues solved

Removed the overflow tank and had it hot tanked to remove the crap and them replaced the 5/16" OD hard lines on top of the radiator with 5/16" ID hoses. Also replaced the thermostat and back flushed the radiator and replaced the caps with new ones and now I have a cool ride. Pun intended.

Well done. I have to ask...why did you replace the hard lines? Filled with crap too?
