Dash Harness
#2
Can you tell us which car you have, because the later cars had firewall plugs and sockets so the loom wasn't continuous from dash to engine compartment. Do bear in mind that some harnesses that terminate behind the dash could be quite lengthy and extend a long way into the rear of the car.

You pretty much have to remove everything to get the wiring harness out.. So plan on the dash pad, dash, all the underscuttle casings, The lower A post covers, may as well drop the steering wheel... It's a mangled up mess... but remember, the wiring harness likely went in the car first on assembly, so it will come out last...
FWIW... I have a couple of the Series 1 harnesses on hand...
