Emissions Figures

Emissions Figures
Hello all,
I know I may have been posting one to many lately, but I have another question. I'm trying to find figures on emissions from a US-spec Series III without shelling out a ton of money for an exhaust gas analyzer. As cars these days just get a plug in their OBD port for emissions tests, I don't know if any of the local shops would even have a gas analyzer. Supposedly, for the place I'm considering importing my car, I need to meet a target of 4.5% carbon monoxide and 1200ppm unburned hydrocarbons at idle. Not sure yet about the requirements for other tested parameters. Looking for figures on what these cars produce or suggestions on where to take the car for such tests.
PS In order to get around emissions in the place I'm looking to import this car, I'm considering lumping a FI 4.2 into a Series I, as cars older than 1975 are emissions exempt. I'd want the Series III block on top of the FI, with its various improvements. Series I is also in a sweet spot, as the place I'm moving to will make my import process less restrictive if the car has an FMVSS sticker. Don't worry, I wouldn't mutilate my Series III by tearing its guts out, and I'd look for a Series I or pre '75 II with a bad engine, in order to avoid taking out an ok engine.
