I shouldn't be so surprised as I am, because you aren't one to dink around with stuff, Clarke, but when I went to bed you were just getting that engine unwrapped, and here I am having breakfast, and you're finished!!
Time from diagnosis to cure, 16 days by my count! Astounding!
As Grant says, Well Done!

The "right way". Perfectly cleaned machinery is something to behold.
And the helpful friend. Great example of friends working together, yeah, team work, that is it. Hard to beat.
Looking forward to the chronical of it's first fire up and the shake down run....
Result after the IRS work and more, is one fine car.
Pride, oh yeah, and well deserved....
I'll bet climbing that drive will be easily done from now on.
My compliments, Sirs....
Carl

That's what happens in the garage... usually caused by lack of food, lack of sleep, lack of beer, or all of the above!
All them nuts, bolts, pipes, wires and hoses, and only one little vacuum pipe left off after what must have been a marathon two man session, I don't call that too bad!!!

No camera on the test drive.
But forum run up into the mountains Sunday, so some pics then.
