Pretty much on your own. Way back when, I removed an awful bech front seat from my 79 IHD Scout II. I insttlled two nice bucket seats from a Chryslere Cordoba clad in ricardo Mantalban's corinthian leather. Very comfortabl.
I made an adapter that used the IHC mount points as well as the Chrysler bolts. Sturdy and not that hard.
So, a lot depends on the buckets you select.
One poster found the buckets from a PT Cruiser suited him. eb s

When you get the replacement buckets, get the entire base. I used steel L-shaped material (like angle iron but steel) that has holes every inch. Got it at Home Depot. Then it's just like an erector set. The beauty of doing it yourself is you can set the height, incline, etc. to perfectly fit your body. Be sure to measure the width of the old seats and the width between the console and the door. A lot of modern seats are too wide to fit.
