Fuel Injection Harness Rehab

Fuel Injection Harness Rehab
Some of the plastic connectors on he fuel injection harness of my 87 S III is cracked or badly broken. I have seen replacement connectors online that either have crimp connectors or pigtails for soldering to the existing harness.
Of course replacing the whole harness is the easy way to go but over my budget.
I wonder what the best way is to replace the broken connectors and if there is any source for factory quality connectors/rubber covers out there?

I have rebuilt my V12 harness and will likely do my Series III this winter.
I just bought new connectors online (about $2 each), some high temp wire and made it myself. Soldered and heat shrunk all connections. Did a reasonable job and it's still fine a few years on.
One thing to be careful of is if you decide to only replace the damaged connectors and reconnect to the existing wiring, there's a pretty good chance that wiring is not in tip top condition and in fact moving it around to facilitate soldering and what not may actually create a problem with it that wasn't there before. I think I would just do the whole thing and be done with it.
