horn options

if I remember correctly when I installed a Momo wheel in my Series 3, you need to figure a way for the horn push to make contact with the wire at the center of the hollow steering column section where the steering wheel mounts to.
In other words, the Steering column shaft is the Ground/Earth, and the wire in the center is the Hot/Positive. The steering wheel itself will be grounded when you mount it to the steering column shaft. I think that's how I did it, but I'm not 100% sure of this.
If I'm wrong, the fuse will blow and I'll owe you 35 cents.
