He who rear ends is responsible.

I leave a lot of space between my car and the car in front to have room to escape this new generation of phone texters and gamers who are a threat to everybody on the road.

A miserable situation....but keep in mind that any part of this car that has been damaged in this accident is identical and interchangeable with parts from any US-market Series III. If it were the front end, that would not be the case.

To be honest with you I'm not looking forward to it. I do my own work and I can see that the body is tweaked, but it's very slight in outside appearance with the trunk a little raised on side and the bumper pushed in, on the other side. I'm dealing with this same insurance company on another property damage claim where a truck in front of me lost its belt which I ran over. They're being very difficult. I've been wrangling with them for 6 weeks and they've refused to send an adjuster out, insisting that they can settle the claim with pictures and then refusing to cover everything that's in the pictures.

It's going to be very difficult to capture the damage on this car without me standing in front of an adjuster and literally show him how the shut lines are now different. It's not something that i can show in pictures.
