I wonder if there are still back country areas in Texas where registration is an option.
And, it is an off road vehicle now. from time to time, I used to see a similar critter, but an older MBZ coupe atop a 4x4 chassis.
And, elsewhere an E type coupe enjoys/enjoyed a similar under carriage.
So, let's see. A guy has a Jaguar, but alas, the engine and/or transmission conks out.
And, at about that time, his 4x4's body has just gotten too beat up to be used. Rock crawling can do that.
Aha., mate the best of the two!!! Back to the rocks, in comfort, and with room for more passengers to scare the s.... out of.
