Nop not the whole car, "I hope NOT" for the most I will buy repair panels, but there are hard to come by these days.
And Yes she is the reason I have not bought another Jag instead, she says that it will just be as rusty as this one.

Yes, that sure is a labor of love and it oozes in the before and after fixes. Oxyacetylene or MIG?? Nice work, whatever.
I read adventures of another fellow, this one a nucleur . His lead steeds were a XJ6 and an XJS. Each fairly well consumed by the rust worm, kind of like yours. Little by little, we saw him master his MIG and marveled at his ingenuity in using odd bits of metal to make the patches.
And, Dave, yup, one was recreating a radius rod mount from scratch. Little or nothing of the original left to patch. Made from vertical strips of metal welded together to corm the cup like piece, then welded to the floor. His inspiration was from the nucleur tanks in his business. pretty good design foundation.
I recall my student days in a part/full time after class job in a full service station. A fellow came in with a really nice black 41 Chevrolet coupe. Alas,if one looked at the lower edges. Ragged remnants of sheet metal. And the floor in front of the driver seat, non existant. Just look through to the ground. A life on the salted roads in Chicago did that. Off to the crusher to be replaced with a new Chevvy!! A healthier life in dry west Texas?

I had the same plan to find a donor car!
But it's even a bigger job to prepare sections for reinstallation.
And still you will probably have to repair some of the section any way.
I was lucky to find most of the body parts from a Jag specialist nearby.

I've already got most of the available repair on the market panels bought already.
It was the unavailable irregular bits I was after e.g. the box section under the rear windows, the font scuttle , a large section of the roof etc. Hopefully I won't need most of them but when you are using a plasma cutter for the first time it's easy to get carried away
I was careful to pick sections with no or minimal rust so it'll be a case of carefully trimming to fit.
Some sections were rusty and I'll have to fabricate e.g. the rail along the wing that you have fabricated (thanks for the pics BTW).
