Default Jaguar XJ6 S 2 heating and ventilating vacuum system

Hello everyone
I'm restoring jaguar xj6c ser 2
I am looking for the diagram for connecting vacuum tubes in the air conditioning unit.
Including the servo connection.
Thank you for the answers.

Thanks for the quick reply
Can this diagram be found together with the explanations.
The servo unit has 2 taps and one main tap in the selector switch,
It also has all the units that open and close the various openings,
Would love to know what belongs to what?

Wish I could tell you where I got that but I can't. We all have an extensive library of saved files over the years. Maybe someone else can chime in?

Thanks Bill for the willingness to help.
Yesterday I tested the system and it turns out that the servo motor is also not working properly
I'm going to change the whole heating / air system. And rebuild it with available parts. Externally nothing will change, and everything will look the same

Rebuilt mine with this. Don't remember where I got it but I have been hoarding it on my computer ever since.

Thanks so much my friend
I got it yesterday from another forum member.
These pages give everything I need.
Next week I will build the system and test it on the table before assembling the car.
Thank you all

The first picture is of the buzzer that sounds to tell you that you have done something wrong. I don't recall every reason that makes it buzz, but I do remember that it buzzes if someone is sitting in the seat without connecting their seat belt.
Mine had gone awry when I had gotten my car and would buzz randomly while operating the vehicle. Took me a while to find the thing and figure out why it was doing it. Infuriated me to no end.

The other picture..... I can't remember what that is as I haven't looked at it in a very long time. I am sure someone else will chime in and know what it is off the top of their head. Capacitor?

The other cylinder one is a fuel shut off valve should you get into an accident - inertia activated. It has a button plunger on top that pops up when jarred. Mine popped up for no reason at all a couple of weeks ago and I didn't have EMF at either of my two fuel pumps in the truck. Only one common electrical connection I could find was that cylinder. A push at the top button down and I was off and running again.

Default XJ 2 heating and ventilation

Hi
I'm delighted to find your post re heating and ventilating vacuum system showing the layout and connections for Delenair 2.
I can however, only access part of it on line. Could you please send the whole thing to me, to my email address.
If that's not possible could you please advise how I can get a clear copy of the whole thing.
Thanks

Hi Terrence
I need to look for the blueprints. I will find them and send them to you. Do you need the vacuum system or the electrical system?
