Default Mystery dash lights?

I've had my old xj6 3.2 Exec for 4 years now. One of the things that remains a mystery is the 'sport' light that flashes up on the dashboard when I first turn the ignition on. I still can't find a button, switch, or anything else that puts the car into sports mode?? There seems to be a 'track' light as well which I assume is traction control, but I don't seem to have any control over that either??

Firstly your XJ6 is known as an X300 I reckon, depending on year. 1995 to 1997.

Mine had that, and its the global instrument pack.

The 3.2 never had traction control, not enough "*****" to need it, but all the warm and fuzzies in the wiring etc are still intact.

Stop looking, you want a button or anything else related to that light.

Cheers m8. Shame about not having sports mode. The old girl could do with a bit more oomph at times
