Wrong forum. I'm not up on OZ sources.
But, might be just the time to go electric.
Or look up a local breaker's yard. Trouble is another like kind might be just a tad away from the same failure.
So, a used electric and it's controls might be just the ticket.
I like the dual electrics in my S3 lump!!

Capt Jag on E-bay sells a "Metal" replacement fan. Its 100 bucks. I have heard there are noise concerns with a metal fan? But have no real experience with it yet. Mine is still in the shop, the engine waiting for install. When I pulled it off however - I have the usual cracks around the hub and I will need to replace it. I am considering the metal unit - OR - I may go electric... I am not sure yet.
