Remove interior pillar light lenses

As per the title, how do you remove the interior pillar light lenses? I've tried prying and wriggling it but it doesn't seem to want to come off and I don't want to risk breaking the lenses!

A very gently prying at the sides and bottm will release the lens - it is just a snap-fit.
