Removing back Seat 1974 Jaguar XJ6
Hi all, this is my first post as a new jag owner and member. I picked up a 60k original miles xj6L from the original owner for just 1000 bucks, body is solid, paint is good (needs a buff), she needs all the things that come with sitting but the motor/trans is also nice and smooth. However, the seats are AWFUL and I've managed to source a parts car with some nicer seats, my question is how do I remove the back seat? Where are all the bolts/screws located?
Thanks for any help,
Anthony

Rear seat removal
I have photos of a Jag that I have apart at this time...just put in sound insulation all over the floors.
The rear seat bottoms have a single Philips screw in the center of the rear floor area on each side.
The rear seat backs are held on with two (2) slotted screws - one on each side at the bottom. Remove the screws and lift
off the hooks near the top edge.
Hard to see in my photo but it is the "dark" spot (slotted screw) on the right hand side in the middle of the photo. The other dark spot is the seat belt bolt...
