Default Repair Operation Manual for Series III

Hi

Which Jaguar manual is the best for an XJ12 from 1993 ? (not my car, just helping a buddy…)

The 1993 V12 car is served by a different forum; this forum is for the cars of the previous generation. The car in question is served by the xj40/xj81 forum (these are the factory codes for the “Series IV” XJ, that is the 6 cylinder and V12 respectively). Someone there will have the answer.

Unless, of course, the car in question is really a 1992 V12 (Which is a Series III) registered in 1993.

you can order a Factory Service and Parts manual in CD format from Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust at
www.jdht.com

if the car in question is indeed a Series III body 12 cylinder, instead of the Series IV body, you can download free the Factory Service and Parts Manual sections individually from my website:

https://jagupgrades.webstarts.com

I also have many other articles and documents about the Series 3 including Gregory Andrachuk's book about the Series 3.
