Grtzzz
What you have is one of the all time great Jag designs, but you allready know that. I had an XJ6C back in the day. Wish I still had it. Your car is a milestone classic held back only by the strange V12 engine that was very complex, low on power and tuned for the " God knows what" market.
No matter! It's a great car and I urge you to keep us up to date on the restoration with as many pictures and details as you can spare. Are you combining the 2 cars into 1 or are you building 2 complete cars?
Have you made any decisions yet re the wheel and tire combinations?
Buy the way, I took the vinal roof off my car, on advice of one and all, and concluded the car looked best with the original vinal. From the looks of your pictures you are not in North America. Too bad. I would be tempted to come over and give you a hand and lots of free advice.
