Default A Rough Indicator

I get a stop in the top Amber and an indicator light in the lower red, but lower red is a two-wire bulb so what is the second element normally for on this lamp?

I think it should be the other way around. Indicator in the amber lens, then the red 2 filament bulb is running ( tail) lights and the other is brake. Should be a 21W and 5W bulb. 21W is for brake ( brighter) and 5W for taillights.

remove the bulb sockets by pulling them from behind the lamp, re-insert them correctly.
Single element bulb: Indicator.
Double element bulb: Driving and Stop lights.

Indicator now in top orange segment, DOES anyone know why the lower bulb is is double element? as both park and stop serve a similar purpose could it be a single bulb, or are the elements different luminance?

When running at night the marker (UK 'side') lights are on, when you brake, they shine much brighter, thus the twin elements.
