Can anyone help me identify these switches on an xj6 jaguar radiator? Not sure what series as I a few spares. I'm assuming one is temp switch ( the small one) but what for? And the other larger white one with 3 pins is possibly a thermatic fan switch? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

also could be for the auxiliary cooling fan, the big one, a thermal switch.

 

Right.

The bigger one looks like the temp switch for the cooling fan. The smaller looks like the coolant level probe....(which itself is a switch as well).

I was hoping it was a fan switch, so I can use it for a thermo fan install. Just got to find a wiring diagram for it? Cheers

 

or just fit the fan, a relay, and a dash switch, it is a simple job.
