Squeak Sound, HELP!

Generally speaking... belt squeaks on serpentine systems are usually a worn out idler pulley, tensioner pulley or A/C compressor bearing. I like to use a spray bottle of soapy water on the stream setting to place a judicious squirt in the place I suspect is making the noise. It will briefly go away if you hit the errant part. The soapy water dries quick and does no harm. Then replace as necessary.

Firstly welcome to the Forum.
Your 1995 is known as an X300 in Jaguar talk. Might get more answers with a repost in that section.
However:
If that belt conditioner works, then I suspect either the belts, the multi V sections of the pullies (they fill with crud so the belts dont grip so good), or the rubber of the front crank pulley (harmonic balancer) is delaminating.

I have an opinion. Belt conditioner might quiet belt for a short time.
But, they hasten the demise!!
Not sure as to how that might work on a serpentine, but way back when, we used a bar of soap to silence squeaky "V" belts. Not long lasting, but not destructive, either.
I've noted that modern belts can look awful, function just fine.
Anecdotal. My first car had a flat belt to drive the fan only. loosing it was not a catastrophe, The T Ford cooled almost as well, as long as it was in motion!!! However, a popular accessory was a water pump driven by a longer flat belt. MY T's enjoyed them.... Simplicity wins !!!
