Default Throttle bushings
Is this set up (1977 xj12 NA) an upgrade? It has a bronze bushing and doesn’t use the usually worn out rubber bushing. This set up is nice and has no play in the shaft.

Yes it is,

A SMALL squirt of Silicon Spray when you remember, will go wonedrs. NO oily stuff as y\that attracts dust and crap, which you, nor the car need,
