Just "throw in a V8" !!! Understatement of the decade. It is far more complex.
Do some research. Buy manuals form Andrew, John and JTR. Check your state for reg's.
seek a vendor for the V8 and needed stuff. Very careful search for harness vendor. I got burned there. But, he retired. So no need to criticize and ID.
Do an online search. Andrew has Jaguar specialties and a greatly informative site.
