$250 to $7500
For perspective, this weekend I hope to look at a Ser III a couple hours away: 1987 model year, owner claims it runs great, has cold a/c, electricals OK, the interior and exterior cosmetics look virtually perfect. $4200
<shrug>
For most Jag enthusiasts the extra nice cosmetics are the real 'plus'. In most cases mechanical problems are much less money to address than the many, many thousands od dollars it takes for new paint, new chrome, new leather, new wood......
