According to "Daze Cars" --- - "When it comes to wheel bolt pattern, if you are trying to put a Jaguar IRS in a classic Chevy, you have it made because the Jaguar bolt pattern is the same as a classic Chevy, 5 on 4.75”
http://dazed.home.bresnan.net/JaguarIRS3.html (Great info on the Jaguar IRS, BTW)
But I seem to recall a lot of the aftermarket wheels have to be bored out to accept the hub on the Jaguar???
If you like the look of any of the Jaguar wheels, most of the XJS, XJ40, etc will fit with no problems.

4.75" rims are a dime a dozen everywhere you look.
I'm not sure about the hub sizing as David mentioned, but I would first measure the offset of the Jag rim. Most rims are 4" offset; that is when the rim is laying on its back on the ground measure from the ground to the inside (or bottom) of the rim. I haven't measured what it is on mine, but you don't want your tires to stick out too far and hit the fenders.
This is a good link to better explain...with pictures! https://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html
