Default Where is this Component affixed?
three wired components in passenger foot well and two i know where to re-affix but this guy I cannot remember where it goes.

can't see all the colours...is that the wiper relay?

Goes on out side of the bracket that holds the dash on the RH side.

normally the wiper delay relay is blue color, first time I see a transparent one.

a bite of digging and i see , are their given holes for the bolts as not of these seem exact to the two of the base of the component.
