The wife and the car...
I dont undwrstand why the jag hates my wife so much, literally everytime she drives it, something happens.
It wont start, ac wont get cold, wipers get stuck, trunk wont lock, etc etc etc, of course when i go to check it out, everything is fine!!!! Anyways, back to why i dont understand this deep seated hatred!! Lol. Its the wife that allows me to spend the crazy amount of money i have tied up in this thing, and its not just me, wife just bought me a new dash top, crash roll, whatever you want to call it , for my.birthday (its on friday if you want to send presents.)
This car needs to show the missus some love damnit!!!

Ha Ha. I always thought it interesting that people thought of their cars as male or female, even going to the extreme of naming them. Once I started owning Jaguars, I now know that they are definitely female...sexy, attractive, full of promise and a touch exotic...and like many females, temperamental, demanding and capricious. But oh how we love the pain!

A Conondrum?
My dear departed wife referred to "ours", as hers!!
In 2001, I spotted it. I took her so see it. Enthralled. Not so good for
my negotiations, but, agreement was reached.
Although, she had decided to not drive any more, her car. I merely the Chaufeur and maintenance mechanic. OK, by me. That "agreement thing".
Went to market early today, it's been super hot and seems that it will remain that way. It's AC not yet on line! When???
Well, newly designated every day and outside shoes are in conflict
with the space between the go and stop pedals. Wide shoes, narrow space. Englishmen seem to wear narrow shoes???
Fix: I removed the rubber pad. Easy, keeping it on has been the issue. With my ancient HF metal band saw, I trimmed off the right lip.
OOOPs, a bit much. OK, I can live with that. Used 3M badge cement
and slipped it back on. Better, only three lips to deal with.
Secured. Foot space now OK.
In for the day. hotter and hotter out there....
