XJ seat frames

I don't have a photo but I have removed the headrest attachment-channel from Series 3 seats to adapt them to my 1965 S type front seats.
there is a "vertical channel" where the chromed tube is inserted and the chromed tube has triangular wedges where it engages or disengages from up and down its travel inside the channel notches.
the vertical channel is hard-welded to the center of the seat frame with side to side reinforcements at two points, so it has 4 horizontal reinforcements if I remember correctly since I did this back in 2005.
either way, it was a pain to cutout this channel, the steel is thick and the welds are too.
