more good feedback, i had posted a while back in a different thread regarding my air-con performance i took the plunge and purchased some custom made electric fans for my Xj6 from v12s - Official Website

whilst the mechanical fan couldn't peel skin of an onion and wasn't helping the condenser in the hot summer months, i currently have one fan engage when aircon is on and the other engages at around 88Deg

i have never seen my temp Drop so rapidly when i either turn the air-con on or simply wait till engine gets to temp, these Fans are an awesome product they are custom made to fit would highly recommend if your thinking about it

the air-con is sooo cold its not funny....i have reverted to opening windows and sunroof rather than interfere with the optimum operating temp of the car lol

i know were not supposed to change these cars too much to keep em as original as possible, but i cant help but make good solid improvements that benefit the heart of the car

Love your reply, but, then you state "we should not change these old cars". Who says that is the truth? If you are showing the car in a show with "classic
rules" then OK. But a privately owned daily driver???

But, your electric fan improvement has helped, things have changed, sometimes for the better, in the last 30-40 years in autos. You installed one of the good changes...others are high back seats that really support your body, adjustable
steering columns and on and on.
