I don't know of kit availability, but I can recommend this guy to do the work:
http://jaguarfuelinjectorservice.com/
I sent him the rail with injectors from a scrapped XJS V12 that I'm using to change an E-Type to fuel injection. The assembly was a mess, sat outside for a long time. He stripped it, had the rail plated, cleaned and flow checked all the injectors (all happily checked good) and reassembled it ready to install. The hose fittings are the same as original and it worked perfectly.
I think he does also sell parts for DIY, but checking the flow and operation of the injectors is I think pretty important. I don't recall the cost, maybe a few hundred for the V12.
