I really appreciate this post. I've already done this, but hopefully, the next person that has to tackle it, will know what he/she is getting into. I changed my rotors as well, and that involved a great amount of literal brute energy just to break all the bolt/nuts loose. A very time consuming job....

The link is dead: "Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist."
This kind of post is USELESS if the original post is not on this site.
a year and a half is not very long compared to many posts on this forum.

It appears that the link to the useful info you put together for us isn't working.
Any chance of re-posting it somewhere?
Many thanks

Just wish I wouldah seen it 7months ago...
Quick question. I usually use the center plate and a board as the jacking point. I definitely used the center plate to recenter and replace the entire rear end/cage... I also used it to jack up the whole car high enough to give room for cage to be pulled from under the car,,, blah blah blah.
I guess my question is,,, after the cage was detached, and on the ground, how did you jack the car back up and from where? 2 floor jacks or,,, one - from the sides - to get it up to the 30inches...or high enough?
Anyways Brother... Thanks for thinking of us and putting this out there for our use!
