Hi guys,

I am having problems with my ignition barrel getting stuck and the key not turning, both keys.
Then it turns as if there was no problem. I spent 10 mins trying it last night coming home from work.
The steering lock doesn't work so no engagement there for friction, I have tried moving the steering wheel side to side, nadda.
I have sprayed it with WD40.
As quickly as it sticks, it free's itself and the keys turn freely in the barrel, smoothly.
Now then, there is not one key the same as any other in the car, locks have been changed in each door and the boot.
I was wanting to change it for a NEW barrel, just incase one day it doesn't free itself...where do I get a new barrel, I have searched on ebay with no luck.

Or can they be reconditioned?

Finding a new one would be difficult. As far as I know they've been NLA from Jaguar for quite some time. Googling "DAC4151 Jaguar" might yield a lucky find, though.

I suspect your local locksmith can fix your existing lock barrel, though.
