My problem is keeping it off the road,I have spent double the purchase price on fuel in 8 months...
Well off for a 250km(round trip) Sunday drive for lunch, see what I mean.

ok,retarded timning just a tad today,Took her on a 40 mi round trip test run.
I cruised it on hwy at 75 mph no shimmies or shakes.I noticed a little pull to left when braking.
Ill check that out tomarrow.
my fuel check on dash says Im avg 20 mpg.not bad.oil pressure gauge says 3/4 when driving ,about 1/4 when idling.Temp gauge is just between 1/4 and 1/2'so seems to be fine.
I get a lot of looks when getting gas.
Great car so far.

BUGGA.

Everything reports NORMAL.

That is a "special" V12, trust me.

Seriously now:

Excellent report.

The pulling is more than likely "sticking" caliper pistons in the front calipers. Your got 4 pistons per caliper. I would give the fluid a GOOD, and I mean GOOD flush and bleed. There will be lots of gunk in the calipers, and "sometimes" that is all that is needed to refresh all the innards, so worth a try in my opinion.

Well done! Nothing like them when they actually work well LOL. While its working now enjoy it, but if you plan to keep the car you should look into a more reliable system.
I'm looking at the Megasquirt for both fuel and ignition, I think a good thing and it makes a a bullet proof motor , well bullet proof!

My Jaguar "system" has been reliable for 27+ years. Don't fix what isn't broken.
