1995 XJS Clicking Sound When Applied Brake

I recently purchased a low 60,000 miles 1995 Jaguar XJS. Everything works as it should. There are two hiccups that I do not understand.
Every time that I applied the brake, I can hear a clicking sound near the passenger side seat. I also noted that the voltage meter dropped slightly when this occurred. The brake works fine except for the click sound.
Warning light pop up, indicated that light bulb is short every time I applied brake . I check but all bulbs are working. Is it possible wrong brake light bulbs were installed. If so, please direct me to the correct bulbs. I read somewhere that US bulbs caused this issue.
