Default 87 XJS master cylinder alternative

I’ve been reading through countless threads here and around the web about using a different master cylinder. It seems the general consensus is either the Eclipse unit or the F150. I see people on here have used both with success, but other than the bore size being 15/16 and using the remote Mitsubishi reservoir, I can’t find anything about the brake line aspect. I know I’ll have to bend new lines and adapt the threads, but I haven’t found anything about the thread sizes or what those people have used to adapt it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Why do you want to use a different master cylinder? Stock ones are readily available and bolt right on.

Mine is completely trashed, inherited the car, so I need a cylinder and the plastic elbows but I can’t even seem the find the elbows for sale.
