88' passive seatbelt recall?
Is this something that jaguar will still honor today? The project car I have doesn't even have a latch on the frame anymore as the previous owner must've tried to fix it themselves and didn't succeed. So all I have is a lap belt in the driverside at the moment. So either jaguar fixes it or I need to figure out a traditional 3 point belt system. I don't want that crap anyway, unless it was working like new.

Yes.
But....call first. Part availability has varied from spotty to non-existent at times over the years
And.... as I recall the recall (heh heh) covered certain specific failures and parts. I can virtually promise that it wouldn't cover missing parts or botched previous repairs.
I'd go with converting back to conventional seat belts as well
Cheers
