I feel I should mention that there is a recent poster on here who has actually recently bought a V12 XJS convertible that has successfully been running in a Gulf state (ie as hot as Saudi Arabia and the same region) for many years.

 

Yes that’s me!

I am based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The car is an American spec vehicle which was imported by the previous owner about 5 years back. It runs well and hasn’t shown any sign of overheating. However, I intend to send it to the UK in a few months time as I am sure it will prefer that climate (other than the rain).
