Default 94 XJS V12 fuel tank pod fitting

All, i'm in the process of replacing the fuel pumps in my 94 XJS V12 and I've run into a problem where one of the fittings came off. I'm not sure how it's glued on but i'm wondering if there's a fuel safe epoxy that I can use to stick it back on. Any thoughts? This is the offending part

You might want to stick your hand down into the tank to see if there are any loose clamps down there.
That is what you should be using on those fittings.
I was having fueling issues with my 94 coupe and found hoses had slipped off and I was pumping fuel back into the tank.
Hose clamps sometimes need to be re-tightened after a few days.

Thanks, the hose clamps are all present, the barb itself has come loose. I bought some epoxy called all seal which should hold it in place and be fuel resistant.
