95 xjs driver's seat diaphragm

My driver's seat is sagging so much that I can feel the seat frame on my left thigh when I drive. While it's not too uncomfortable on short drives, it becomes quite uncomfortable on long ones. I found the diaphragms online but from what I understand, they are glued to the seat itself. Does anyone have experience fixing seats or suggestions how to replace the diaphragm or maybe just Mac Guyver it somehow?

I have the same problem...I am waiting for some free time to take the seat out and see whats going on.
If you manage to go through this first, please take lots of photos. I plan on doing the same as the rebuild for these seats are scarcely covered.
I thought that the frame itself has bent or broken somewhere.

I think that it was SARC that reupholstered his seats, but I can't remember the thread title. DOH.
Also I gather that you can swap seat bases left to right, not exactly a cure but it may give temporary relief.
