Michael1,
When you say you took out every square relay, do you really mean every one? There are lots of them, located all over the car, under the bonnet, in the boot etc, hidden behind trim and linings etc.
As regards the non-starting, can you be more specific?
- Does the starter turn?
- Does the fuel pump definitely run for a few seconds when you turn the ignition to Pos II?
As regards the blower motors:
- Do they work in any of the blower motor positions - I, II, or III?
- Is the aircon button turned on or off when you are testing the blower?

Hello,
I'm brand new to the forum .
( A) I took out All of the square relays to clean them
Now it won't start , I don't smell any fuel.
Turned the key on to on position . put my ear to fuel cap, don't hear pump running ?
(B) Both ac blower motors feel cold air at the vents - but Don't Blow
I used to slap the passenger right panel covering the fuses and it would start the fan. However not now.
Removed both of the blue relays -cleaned them and put them back in, Nothing changed.
Thanks

Hi Michael 1
The Fuel Pump only runs for about 3 Seconds at every Actuation (on/off) of the Ignition Key, so you need someone else to do that while you listen in the Boot/Trunk where the Fuel Pump is an Internal one that goes into the Top of the Fuel Tank
If you are very lucky! then it could be the Fuel Pump Relay which is the Silver One that is tucked up out of sight underneath the Fender/Wing (inside the Boot/Trunk) see Photo, although if you're Not so lucky, then you might need a New Fuel Pump
Which is Labour Intensive and as such is VERY EXPENSIVE! if you take her to a 'Shop' instead of doing this yourself, quite possibly in the region of $500+
Though if the Fuel Pump is OK then it could be one of the Two Blue Relays which are just above the Fuses behind the Passenger Side 'Knee Panel' where one of the common problems (often depending on the make of the Relay) is that the Spades of the Relay sometimes don't make very good Contact with their Sockets
And as such may then need unplugging and replugging or Jiggling about or even replacing with a different make, as I had the very same problem and this worked for me
