AC Wires where do they go?
G'Day friends
Starting putting back together this car again today, after rebuilding lots of little things that needed doing one being the FI harness. While I was at it I removed the two wires that Jag put in the V for the AC. Now in my great wisdom of just pull it down and run new cables, I don't recall where exactly these to wires went.
There are two wires that ran up the left hand side of the V, one appears to plug into a short wire with a female spade just to the left front of the AC compressor, The other is longer and looks like it went around the front of the compressor with a single female spade. Where does that go?
I tried to look at the manual but these wires are just black and blacker and mighty crispy to boot.
Cheers

Assuming nothing has been changed and your system still uses the three prong thermal limiter fuse......
The compressor clutch.....the two terminals being just behind the pulley.... should have a green wire and a black wire. These go to the thermal limiter fuse.
A third black wire goes to the superheat switch on the back of the compressor. It should a slightly odd looking pin-style terminal under a rubber boot....if the boot hasn't crumbled away.
Post back if you need more detail on connecting the thermal fuse.
Cheers
