Hello JHK
Any chance of sending through photo;s that shows your current state. Would just like to compare. Mine has not had Air con since 2012 (I presume - 6 years before my ownership)
My dash is presently out, vacuum lines look attached in the cab - just don't go into the engine bay
Hello Bob
Thanks for the file - 1st time I have seen that. Air con is the next thing on my list to do in the new year
Cheers

So some photo's attached from mine - not sure if I have the terminology right, so if anyone can correct - it would be appreciated
Green PVC tubing - connecting to vacuum cut when R/H control set to defrost
Black PVC connecting to face level vacuum switch
Blue PVC - runs from both passenger side to drivers side, not exactly sure wher the vacuum controlled solenoid lives at the moment - but will have another look soon. This is running behind the dash panel
Blue line connects to this black thing - which I presume is the blower case flap actuator

Some more photo's for the red PCV
Green pvc at the other end here (this is the left hand side of my XJS) You can see the blue behind pvc it.. Just at the bottom of the photo - you can see the red PVC pipe with my writing on it saying it went to the engine bay.
The red PCV tube then goes to my drivers side of the unit and connects to a ? just in front of the vent
Hope it helps
Cheers
