Hi Rama
I have the "92 update" in softcopy, which I'll send from home later but it's more of an information manual highlighting the differences between the older cars and the facelifted cars.
The official Repair Operation manual from Jaguar is available to buy. I did, it's about 100 USD. To be honest, it's not great, but it's the only thing I could find.
I've looked for but never seen the Haynes manual for the XJS here in the US. I also checked their website and theydon't do a manual for the facelift. Obviously there are some things that are common between the older and the facelifted cars but in the Repair Operations manual there is a 92 onwards suppliment which is about 1/4 of the pages in the manual which covers all of the differences on the facelift.
To be honest I would recommend you buy the Repair Operation Manual as it will pay for itself the first time you fix something yourself rather than going to a dealer, and let's face it, on an XJS, these occasions are frequent :-)
It may sound sad but I use it sometimes just to kind of read through and understand something about how the car works, which will come in handy when it does eventually break.

Thanks for in SARC... at this point, anything is better than nothing... this is my first jag and it didn't come with the literature...
I think I saw some repair manuals on ebay/amazon may be?... about $20? I guess they will be worth..
