I had a similar problem with mine, but luckily it was caught before it puked all of the coolant. Changing a hose and the main fan turned into a full-blown cooling system service. Worth it, in my opinion. The Hose Kit for the V12 from SNG was reasonably priced and comes with everything. It's worth it to replace the hoses for the peace of mind alone!
Glad your problem wasn't a major one, replacing a hose is much easier than any alternatives!

I don't know where the kits are listed on their site, all I know is that the part number for the 5.3 V12 Hose Kit is HK029, listed at $92. They're all in order (HK028, HK027, etc), but I'm not sure which one applies to the AJ6. A quick call helped me sort all my part numbers out when I was planning my order, the guys there are all really helpful.
