Default The beast is ready to be set

Dear all,

finally we are ready to put the engine inside the car. :-) Thanks to everybody for help last 6 months.
Any suggestion and clue about procedure?
We will lift it up with forklift.

That is beautiful!!!!!

How did you 'anodize' the pipes and clamps?. That is the look I want for my car again. Thanks

As for re-installation

Can you get the car up higher on jack stands? That will make it much easier to work the tail of the transmission into place as you slowly angle the motor back and then rotate it forward to level.
You have someone to help, right?

Default Galvanization

Thank you,

We send all bolts, nuts brackets etc.. to specialized company for galvanizing.

They required very good preparation before galvanizing, so we made blasting of them with glass *****. Without good preparation the zinc looks foggy. The final result is great.

You have set a new standard. Very very nice.
I will begin looking for a regional shop that can do something similar for me.

The red fan is a nice touch. Is red plastic or painted?

it’s original steel fan, painted in red, the oil cap as well. We think there are nice accents at the engine.
