BF Goodrich TA radials: 225/60/R15?
The 235/60/R15 is now GONE! Has ANYBODY tried the 225/60/R15?
They are still available, and not too expensive.
I'm 57, and I don't drive over 100mph, neither does my wife.
I like this tire, and have used it on my BMW 535i.
Good tread wear, handling, and wet performance.
Please share any pro's or con's before I buy 4 of them!

Well, not sure how much you looked about, but I just purchased 235's from Cooper tires. Five of them, one for the spare. Good tire, much better than the Pirellis I had. Has better grip when it does a anything more than light drizzle!
Yes, the 235's are slowly being phased out by the big companies, but smaller companies are still making them.

I purchased the 235/60/15's the end of 2012 and they are fine. I did notice that the car drives much better and very smooth with them at 33PSI front and 32PSI rear. I tried them at 30/30 and the car had a little bit of frontend shaking... I think they are perfectly fine for just cruising around at the speed limit or even up to 80MPH :-)))

I used 225/60x15 on my XJS without any problems

You didn't ask for opinion on which *brand* to buy.....so ignore this totally if you desire....
But......
You might wanna look at Tire Rack and consider the Kumho Ecsta LX. It is available in 225/60x15 and is a much higher specification tire than the Goodrich for much less money ($89 versus $129)
I have nothing against BF Goodrich tires. To the contrary, I've had many sets of BFGs and always been very happy with them. It's just that, in this case at least, the disparity is so great that the Kumho merits consideration.
Just my two cents
Cheers
