If you mean the inner fulcrum bearings that the lower suspension arm pivots on, and the inner fulcrum (rather than the outers) that is attached to the side of the diff casing; then the answer is yes, you do have to remove the long pivot rod that connects the diff bracket, the suspension arm and the axle cage, and thus free the suspension arm inner end to change the bearings. The bearings are set inside the eye on the end of the arm.
