While I've never removed the Center Consul in my 1995 2+2, I've done it in my 1989 V12
And though I cannot say for sure, there may be some similarities which could apply to both Cars
Where at least on my 89 the key to it all was in removing the Ash Trays, where once taken out of their holders revealed some screws underneath them that held some clips in place
Then once these had been undone, the rest of what to do next just seemed to fall in place
Just be very careful that you don't chip the Ski Slope, if you need to try and carefully lift it out
Your 94 may be quite different but the Photo of my 89 might give you a Clue
Further to Orangeblosom's post, and if you want to remove the entire console and not just the ski slope, the radio has to come out and the aircon control knobs removed. Then the circular fixings under the knobs unscrewed. Then (from memory) there are three fixings each side that hold the console to the tunnel, each fixing at the bottom edge of the console, rather hidden by the carpet. Undo these and up it comes, checking carefully for any loom wires that may have to be disconnected.
