well the L67 is similar to the V12 in that if you want something that never came as an aftermarket add on, youre going to have to build it yourself.
since L67's were never used in towing or heavy duty factory applications, and L67's are not known for oil temp issues, there are no such oil coolers available. sucks.

Most later buick V6 engines use a 18mm x 1.50 pitch oil filter. Some use a 13/16" oil filter thread.
Verify the thread and then simply order the remote filter and plumb in a cooler.

You could use this sandwich adapter to add the cooler and leave the filter where it is.

Either are available from Summit, Speedway Motors, Jegs, and others.

Let me start off by saying I just joined this for because I am working on my fathers xjs 12.SO.PLEASE DO NOT USE THAT PICK UP TUBE YOU FABRICATED!!!!!!!!!!I have a s10 that I build from frame to cage and motor that runs 10s.You have to bolt the pickup tube to the motor so it won't break free.DO NOT USE THAT TUBE YOU BUILT.Make one out of metal and weld it to the tab and bolt it down!I am saying this to help you because once that copper breaks and it will your motor is JUNK.Also u need more room for the screen to pan.MORE THE THE BETTER SO BUILD A SUMP!Have a good time.My s10 is a 427 small block chevy 13.1 comp 10.01 in the 1/4 on its bumber.![Icon User](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_user.gif)

more crappy cell phone pics. got the oil pan back from this enormous industrial machine shop in my podunk town. the guys there are always busy working on huge projects and pipelines so they took about 8 weeks to finally get around to it, and they ended up not charging me a dime when it was all said and done. i wish i had better pics because they did an absolutely amazing job. they also welded little support tabs on my pickup screen.

you only get so much for free. lol
no, theres no baffling. because these style pans are so much deeper than V12 pans, its typically a non issue. in fact ive never heard it mentioned as an issue.
this particular pan is even deeper than factory and holds more oil.

Engine and trans is in. Motor mounts are coming along nicely. transmission mount is done.
the radiator i was planning on using ended up being no good.
everything is fitting nicely so far, except that there is no room for exhaust. the camaro headers and camaro manfiolds dont fit.
im either gonna go with some front and rear powerlogs with custom downpipes, or im gonna hack up my camaro headers and run custom primaries or make my own plogs.

well some updates have occurred. The swap is pretty much done. major components left are i need a driveshaft. ive got to come up with a way to run the TV cable, i need to run some cooling hoses, and i need to wire up this monstrosity.
and ill be done.
other updates, ive gotten pretty heavy into the weight reduction on this car. back seats came out, a lot of insulation came out, wiper motors came out, headliner came out, stuff like that. so far im digging it.

another quick update just for Calvin. i got the wiring mostly sorted out. ordered a relay and fusebox set from ebay so i can run the injector fuses and junk.
relays for fan and fuel pump on the way.
trying to decide who to ship my ECU off to to have it retuned for the swap. factory tuning has a safety bypass to shut the engine down if the factory transmission gets unplugged or whatever. so that needs deleted.
im gonna have to run some actual piping to route the cooling system from the thermostat housing on the back of the engine to the front of the bay, which is inconvenient.
