Default Cleaning ragtop stains?

Hello! I finally had a day to try to clean up the top on my XJS! Sheeesh! I was at it for a couple of hours! I tried the 303 cleaner with a horse hair brush and it got some out, bit there is still some staining on it. I was thinking that some was mildew, but now I’m wondering if some of it could be light over spray from someone at some point. There are also some dark tree dirt lines. I have a feeling the top was not kept up with for a while. It’s still in decent shape, although the rear window is leaking drrrrrrr! I read some people saying about using 50/50 bleach and water on tan tops, but I don’t know. Any suggestions? Apart from just getting a new top that is lol

I used Oxiclean. Mix it. Scrub it in. Let it sit. Rinse. Repeat.
Worked well on my top.
